Lot 012: 1925 CITROEN C3 5CV TREFLE
Classic Cars, H&H Sales Limited (27th July 2005)
Partially restored, this particular example is still in need of extensive refurbishment. Thought to be substantially complete mechanically, it comes with various parts including a windscreen, headlamps and a number of back axle components. Believed to have had a Nazi symbol stamped into its chassis during WW2 to facilitate French / German border crossings en route to a weekly market, it is currently fitted with a C5B 903cc four-cylinder engine by known Citroen proprietary engine supplier Ruby. Lacking upholstery, trim and body fittings, it should nevertheless prove a fairly straightforward project and is offered for sale with V5 registration document.
PLEASE NOTE: This vehicle is a non runner.
