Finished in Fern Grey with green leather upholstery, this particular example is described by the vendor as being in "very good" condition with regard to its 4235cc engine, automatic transmission, electrical equipment, interior trim, chassis, bodywork, paintwork and wheels / tyres. Apparently little used by its first keeper who purchased the car upon retirement, 'HUT 977N' is believed to have covered just 26,000 miles from new (a figure substantiated via an almost complete run of old MOT certificates). A former award winner ('Best Roadgoing Car', East Anglian Jaguar Day), the XJ6 has been in the current ownership since 2003.
