S152RP was delivered new in the Fall of 1929 to J.F. Murray of New York and notes in de Campi’s standard work ‘Rolls-Royce in America’ describe the car as ‘ex-Newark Trials’.
Frank Cooke acquired this left-hand drive Springfield Phantom from Sam Adelman’s junk yard on Long Island many years ago. The chassis, suitable for spares or as the basis for a restoration project, is offered with wheels and axles and gearbox no.21527. It has stood in the open at North Brookfield for some considerable time and is offered as viewed.
