The Triumph TR Range spanned over two decades, from the TR2 Long Door of 1953 to the demise of the TR6 in 1974. Each model has its own following and styling varies from typically British through Classic Italian to agrresive Germanic in the TR6, whjch was styled by Karmann.The TR6 was, by far, the most successful of the TR range, with over 94,000 examples leaving the factory. 78,000 of these went to America.This 1970 TR6 has been the subject of a comprehensive restoration using a rust-free bare shell. It has been converted to telescopic rear dampers, poly bushed suspension .Finished in green with black interior, piped green, the car is described as being in good to very good condtion with all new interior and a recently fitted new Mohair hood.
