COOPER Climax (FPF) T 39 This is the ONLY T39 Delivered by Cooper cars that had an FPF ( Twin cam)1500 cc Climax mounted. All the other cars had 1100cc or 1450cc single cam FW series climax engines.The Car was sold to Lance Raventlow Barbra Hutton's son and the money behind Scarab sports cars.It raced raced in S.California SCCA races. The car was always on the West coast and was Imported by S. Griswold into the UK about 10 yrs ago. This year it has just finished a no expense spared restoration by Classic Performance Engineering. and is ready to do battle in all the most important Historic races. The engine is the correct 1500cc FPF and the gearbox is a period correct Porsche 4 speed. The car also comes with all the pieces to convert it to disc brakes from the correct drum brakes that it currently runs on.The car comes with HTP.
