Lot 1420: Sunbeam Model S8

Always regarded as a Gentleman's machine , this is a very fine example of the shaft drive in-line twin and was purchased by the current custodian in 1999 forming part of a cosseted collection since with just the very occasional outing. Purchased in it's current condition, a quantity of the supplied invoices would indicate that the S8 was once part of the Norfolk Motorcycle Museum collection. Stated to run very well, a dating certificate from Stewart Engineering, marque specialists, is supplied along with an old buff log book (1957-65), expired MOT (Oct' 99), quantities of invoices, various maintenance sheets recent MOT and V5. A real country lane machine.
