A 1968 example of the definitive MG B, this Roadster is finished in British Racing Green and has wire wheels and overdrive fitted. Clearly the recipient of refurbishment in the past, it has a number of additional fitments which include a Kenlowe fan, pancake-type air filters and a ribbed alloy rocker cover. The cockpit benefits from replacement seats in black leather, together with walnut fascia and door cappings. On a short test drive, the car felt taught with the overdrive operating correctly and all would appear to be well. The hood is a serviceable item in double duck and the car comes to us from a finance company and is offered for sale with a V5 document. Still one of the most practical sports cars, the MG B benefits from virtually unrivalled spares availability with ample opportunity to participate in numerous club events. An opportunity to acquire an example of this evergreen British sports car for a very modest sum, it is sure to provide enjoyable motoring in the coming spring.
