Lot 028: 1970 DATSUN 1600 ROADSTER
Classic Cars, H&H Sales Limited (27th July 2005)
From the last year of production, this particular example (thought to be one of just 11,049 made) is described by the vendor as being in good overall condition. Supplied new to the temperate Californian climate, it was imported into the UK twelve years ago. A rare sight (the model was never officially sold here) it is said to have been "used very little since" but proven "totally reliable with easy access to spares from the USA". Finished in silver with black vinyl upholstery, this left-hand drive roadster is believed to be "in the spec as offered when new"
