Le Mans Class Winning. We recently had the car running at Chobham proving ground for a forthcoming article in Classic & Sportscar and, albeit only at low speed, it behaved extremely well. Once warmed up it retained good oil pressure and water temperature and quite surprisingly the gearbox was reported as being particularly user-friendly. Obviously if the car was to run in anger it would have to be comprehensively checked over and professionally prepared
