The standard example which featured a twelve litre fuel tank and iron drum brakes was joined by the Spezial in 1954, distinguishable by the larger 14 litre fuel tank and alloy drum brakes fitted. Further development would result in high performance versions taking to the track, regularly winning at the highest level and the Supermax, featuring twin shock rear suspension. This 1955 example, finished in black is described by the vendor as being in reasonable condition throughout having been restored. The machine was purchased by the vendor during 1994, having been restored in 1993 and was subsequently taken to a number of midland area historic rallies over the next three to four years.
