Lot 102: BMW 635CSi A

The original 6-Series BMW was a natural successor of the CSL/CSA. Both models excelled on the track, which was converted into sales in the showrooms. The CSL was the Homologation version of the CS, while the 635M did the job for the 635CSi. In both cases, sales of the standard car benefited hugely from the racing successes. Offered here is a 1987 example of the 635CSiA, which has been in the vendors care since 1995. Much of that time has been spent in Greece, although the car has always been UK registered. The car finally returned to the UK in December, when it was MoT tested and repaired prior to being offered for sale. Finished in Dolphin grey metallic with Black Recaro sports interior, the car is said to be in excellent condition, bodily and mechanically. The car has the 3.5 litre, straight six engine, which is mated to the 4-speed, automatic gearbox. Offered complete with original dealer pack, which includes owners manuals, various booklets, a service booklet containing 30 service stamps and a large number of repair and servicing invoices.
