The second of the W107 Series Mercedes 450SL convertibles in our sale today, this 1979 example sports traditional Mercedes silver paintwork and a navy blue leather interior. It has covered around 118,400 miles from new and is said to have been always well maintained and to drive well.
It is supplied with a fair amount of history including a bill for a new timing chain and tensioner 15,000 miles ago, and a new exhaust in November 2004. It also has virtually all its old MOTs back to 1991 when it had covered 66,264 miles. With an MOT until February 2010, it is ready to drive away today.
