Lot 108: Pilgrim Bulldog

The Pilgrim Bulldog was manufactured by the same company which produced the Sumo Cobra replica. With 1930's British retro as a base concept, the early cars were designed around the Morris Marina but in later years a Ford based model was offered. This is what we have here.Using a MKV Cortina as a donor vehicle, this, professionally built, 1980 example has the tried and tested, Ford Pinto, 1600cc engine, which is mated to a 5-speed transmission.The car is described, by the vendor, as being an excellent example and probably the best available in the UK.
