This well known British firm built distinguished motorcycles between 1899+1933 & then became the famous bicycle manufactures they are today. The "Wisp" was an attempt to get back into the motorcycle market in the 1960's. Carmarthen vendor states : bought in 1974 &refurbished, run for a while & then laid up, recently cleaned & now running. Fair condition with documents. No MOT.
