After 120,675 miles, displayed when entered for this sale, the still factory-standard bodyshell and paintwork, while not being immaculate, present well, says the vendor, with the interior in his view near perfect. The turbocharged 2144cc five-cylinder engine is in excellent condition, he says, being a new Audi supplied and fitted unit 40,000 miles ago; while the engine bay he rates as very presentable. The five-speed manual transmission is reportedly in very good order, too, while the suspension and brakes have been rebuilt with many parts replaced and the exhaust renewed in the last few years. The car was last MOT tested early in the year, so the current certificate will be valid until near the end of February next year.
