Overview
From 1948 a small company, Sharp's Commercials, started to produce a quirky range of Micro-cars sold under the Bond label. These small cars, designed by Laurie Bond, featured three roadwheels and simple motorbike mechanical components.
Later products included the Triumph Vitesse based models of the mid-60's, in 1969 the company was acquired by Tamworth based Reliant. The last car to use the Bond label was the curious Bond Bug produced from 1970-74.
