Corona
Overview
The British built Corona was a light car with no particular features, although the makers seemed to use a different engine for each year of manufacture. When announced it had a 1459cc 4-cylinder engine enlarged to 1526cc in 1921, then for 1922 a 2-cylinder unit of 998cc was adopted. Some of these engines may have been made by Bovier, and in 1923 the Corona was powered by 1246cc 4-cylinder Coventry-Climax. The twin cost £250, and the fours were all on the expensive side at £475 in 1920 and 1921 and between £300 and £425 in 1923.
