Eric-Longden
Overview

1920 - 1927
Eric Longden was an Australian-born steeplechase jockey who came to London to start a theatrical agency. He started to assemble light cars in 1919-20 at Charing Cross Road. The cars probably had Coventry-Simplex engines and Moss gearboxes, but little is known about them. The 1923 – 24 Motor Trade Directory listed a new company, Eric Longden Cars Ltd, but it was probably a sales agency for the cars made by Anec.
