Overview

The Barnard was made in touring and sports models, both powered by 1169cc air-cooled 4-cylinder Henderson motorcycle engines which were possibly war surplus units.  A 3-speed gearbox without reverse transmitted power to a chain-driven rear axle.  A dummy bullnose radiator characterised the cars, and sporting models had a long straight-through exhaust pipe running the length of the body.
