Overview
This kit car company's offering was the 'Bonito', which was originally built by the American firm, Fiberfab, and then manufactured by the associated German Fiberfab company. In 1982 the design was licensed to ACM but was soon sold on to another British firm, Seaph Cars Ltd. The Bonito was a 2+2 coupe inspired by the Ford GT40, usually based on a VW floorpan with a number of engine options. Seraph Cars Ltd built a new backbone chassis and offered front-engined versions using Ford Capri or Granada or Rover V8 components, but the company folded in 1987.
