Dennis Adams

Overview

In 1986 Dennis Adams, who designed both the Marcos and the Probe, began to market a traditionally-styled roadster with a ladder chassis, fibreglass body, and the running gear from the XK-engined Jaguar XJ6.  It was usually sold as a turn key car, with a high standard of trim, and the company could provide a complete car or accept a donor car for conversion.  Since the complete car weighed little more than a ton, with a 4.2 litre engine it could reach 125 mph/200kmh.
