The JULIEN minicar was built by Ste des Automobile M.A. Julien in Paris. Quite a pretty little convertible two-seater minicar, it appeared at the same time and became a rival to the Rovin.
Unfortunately, it wasn't as successful as the Rovin and production was limited to just three years. It used a 325cc single cylinder engine which drove the rear wheels by a single chain.
The open two seater was the only body style available and a proposed wide bodied Julien announced in 1949 didn't reach production.
