Morris Road Test Book: Morris Minor Collection No. 1: 1948-80

The Morris Minor name has continued from the early 1930s but the design covered by this book was a radical introduction in 1948 and a shape that was to become a classic. Over the years the body style and engines were refined and an estate or Traveller version proved to be very popular. The A-series engine powered it from 1952 until 1956 when the 1000 replaced the Series II and the 1098cc A Series came in 1962 which was to remain until 1971 when production ceased.
