FERRARI 328, 348, MONDIAL ULTIMATE PORTFOLIO 1986-94

This book tells the story of the cars which used the 3.2-litre and 3.4-litre editions of Ferrari’s twin-overhead-camshaft V8 engine. Basically there were three ranges, the GTB/GTS models, their tb/ts replacements and the four-seater Mondial. The GT models appeared in the mid-seventies, re-engined in 1985 and continued until 1988. The 348 tb targa-top cars replaced them. The Mondial was equipped with the V8 in 1985 which it retained until 1989 when it was re-engineered to take the 3.4-litre engine. This is a book of contemporary road and comparison tests, specification and technical data, driver’s impressions, model introductions and background.
