The Super Sport (383 built) had 110bhp, a swb (106in) chassis and was good for 100+mph. The rare Competizione variant had 145 bhp (125mph/200kmh) and one of these won the 1947 Mille Miglia, Alfa Romeo's eleventh and last win in the event.
