Types:

The CD was a true sports car.  It had an aerodynamic polyester body and tubular chassis.  A Panhard CD won the important Le Mans Index in 1962.

The Panhard CD was the fastest production car ever made by Panhard.  The tuned 848 cc engine produced 50 bhp at 5,750 rpm to achieve 100 mph (160 km/hour).
