The company gained world fame after World War II by creating the "dream" concept cars for Chrysler but the Italian company wanted higher things by building cars bearing the Ghia name. This resulted in the Ghia L.6.4 in 1960. This five-seater coupe was mainly built using Chrysler parts, including the running gear and all mechanical parts.
