Last of the separate chassis Bentley Continentals, though made alongside the all new monocoque T-Type for a short while. The Bentley S3 used basically the same V8 as the previous S2 though the engine now had slightly higher compression.

Body Styles similar to the S2 Continental although now with twin headlamps. Park Ward updated its design with a different approach to the twin headlamps, arranged in a design known as the "Chinese Eye". This particular Park Ward design had a modern look that attracted

many famous customers such as Peter Sellars and became a "car for the stars".
