Morris Ten Series M

Overview

Produced: 1938-1948, 80990 produced.
Types: Saloon, 4 doors, 4 seats

Launched in 1938, the Morris Ten became the first Morris saloon model to feature a unitary body construction (which it later shared with the MG Y-Type from 1947). Post-war the Ten was hastily "warmed up" for the car hungry market which would practically buy anything!. This facelifted Ten now had a rounder grille and a sunroof to help improve its otherwise, pre-war image.

Production of the Ten lasted until the much needed replacement, the Oxford, arrived in 1948. By this time nearly 81,000 Ten's had been built making it a successful post-war model in its own right.
