This car was comparable with the Karmann Ghia of Volkswagen: it looked fast and sporting but in reality was not. The 1500 GT had a monocoque body. The 1500 GT was a fairly small car at 4,170 mm (164 in). 1500 chassis with the wheelbase reduced from 99 in (242 cm) to 92 1/2 in (235 cm). The converted 1,481 cc Fiat our cylinder engine provided 84 bhp at 5,200 rpm.
