Built for AC by Frua on a stretched MKIII 427 Cobra coil springs chassis. All steel body but hood and trunk lid alloy.
A few were fitted with hot 427 motors, and a few fitted with manual 4 speeds toploader gearboxes, but most of them were fitted with Ford C6 3 speeds auto gearbox.
51 coupes and 29 convertibles built between 1965 and 1973.
