Bond Equipe Mk2 2Ltr GT We bought this car on Ebay in July 2007. It had been stored in a garage for over 9 years and looked somewhat sorry for itself. My son and I spent the next 12 months completely stripping, repairing, cleaning and repainting it etc. taking it right back to a bare body shell and having it fully re-sprayed then re-assembling it, fitting a completely new headlining, carpets and interior panels etc. as well as the obvious brakes/clutch/pipes/exhaust etc. The result is, we think, a really nice example of a very rare car, which is still easy to maintain due to it's Triumph underpinnings. |
