Enzmann 506

Up to 1961, Enzmann purchased VW rolling chassis from the Wolfsburg factory.  When this service was withdrawn, Enzmann were forced to strip down new cars, which forced up the price.  Consequently in recent years the cars have only been built to order or sold as body kits.  The moulds for the twenty-five plastic sections from which the body is constructed were kept.  When new interest was shown in the Enzmann after twenty-five years, Dr. Emil Enzmann put them back in production so that complete cars or kits can now be purchased.
