Overview

Produced: 1961-1963, 37 produced.
Types: Sports, 2 doors

The Bristol engined Ace was joined by a simpler, Ford engined Ace in 1961, the Ace 2.6. This new model originally started as a conversion by AC tuning specialist, Ken Rudd. The Ace 2.6 used a tuned version of the six cylinder Ford Zephyr engine and could be made to perform extremely well.

Sadly only 37 Ace 2.6's were built before production finally ended in 1963.
