Essentially a detuned 911 the 911T launched in 1967 came in both Coupe and Targa versions. The 911T made do with carburetors producing 110bhp from its 1991cc. From 1969 the 911T received the new 125bhp, 2195cc version of the same engine.
May be not the most exciting car in the 911 range, in terms of performance, the 911T is still a Porsche. 42,300 customers seemed to have agreed with this statement, production eventually ceased in 1971.
