The Saab 99 appeared in 1968 with an entirely new body. Enthusiasts could still buy the old shape until 1980.
Everything was different with the Saab 99. There was a new body and a four-cylinder Triumph engine with over-head camshaft that had an option with fuel injection from 1969 onwards.
