The 1950 Ninety was a modern car with independent front suspension and an overhead valve 2,267 cc engine that produced 70 bhp at 4,000 rpm.
Norwegian drivers Per Malling and Gunnar Fadum won the Monte Carlo Rally in 1955 with a Sunbeam Talbot, starting from Oslo.
