The 130 coupe was an excellent successor to the 2300S.  Both cars were ideal for long journeys, offering a great deal of comfort and were equipped for those times with everything the driver could possibly wish for.  The 2866cc V-6 engine was subsequently uprated to 3,235 cc with power of 140 and 165 bhp.
