The Sport Prinz was the great success of the 1958 Frankfurt motor show. The 2+2 was as fast as the VW Karmann Ghia but cost a third less. The body of the Sport Prinz was designed by Franco Scaglione when he still worked for Bertone. The Sport Prinz was delivered with two different engines: 583 cc/30 bhp or 598 cc/32 bhp.
