The Jaguar E-type Series III Roadster stormed onto the new car scene in
The Series III Roadster now had large road wheels and tyres which filled the wheel arches, a new large front intake now dominated the cars front end appearance. The Series III Roadster now came in the same long wheel base for as the 2+2 Coupe, necessary to accommodate the new power-plant.
