Ferrari 308 GT4
1974-1980, 2826 produced.
In Ferrari circles every Ferrari had a Pininfarina body and Nuccio Bertone was an unknown who had designed several special bodies for Ferrari chassis for himself some years earlier. Yet the 308 GT4 was an attractive and fine car which had leather upholstery and trim, air conditioning, and electrically-operated windows, unlike the Pininfarina designed 246 GT.
The works placed Ferrari's prancing horse emblem on the front in 1978 and the Dino badge at the back and from then the public regarded the cars as Ferraris.
