The first models were based on the running gear of a Fiat 600. The Monterosa 600 was available in three versions: a 2 +2 sports coupe, a standard saloon, and a luxury saloon. The last of these three had an over-abundance of chromium plate. The sports coupe could be bought with an uprated engine. Sargiotti turned to either Abarth or Stanguellini for this work.
