Lot 428: 1993 Enfield 350cc Bullet
Although Royal Enfield ceased production of its long-running 350cc and 500cc Bullets in 1962, the model was taken up for manufacture under licence in India in the 1970s and continues to be produced there in much-improved form today, a variety of models in different guises being offered. Described as in ‘A1’ condition in every respect, this Indian-manufactured 350 Bullet comes complete with service history and MoT certificates from 1996 to 2005 verifying the total mileage of fewer than 11,500 miles. Details of oil/filter changes at circa 1,000-mile intervals also are included. Recently been fitted with an improved rocker assembly, ‘power box’ voltage regulator, Boyer Bransden electronic ignition and a more efficient exhaust system, it is described by the private vendor as “all in all a very good bike”. Offered with current road fund licence, MoT to September 2005 and Swansea V5.
