Lot 320: 1963 Honda 49cc Sports 50
This is an example of the famous “iron engine” overhead valve model, which was considerably quicker than the SOHC type which eventually replaced it. A small motorbike, not a moped, which is as practical today as it was in 1963, it features a four speed gearbox, red and silver livery, and is described as having good transmission and electrics, brightwork ‘poor to fair’, engine ‘fair’ and generally in fair order throughout. It comes with a Swansea V5 document but is not currently MoT’d.
