The Citro�n DS was introduced by the French company in 1955 and produced various derivatives over the next twenty years, becoming the company's most successful model with over 1.5 million sold by the end of production in 1975. The DS was designed by an Italian and the car became instantly recognisable with its aerodynamic and futuristic shape and for its innovative technology, including a hydropneumatic self-levelling suspension. This particular car will require a programme of restoration and recommissioning before once again taking to the road. ***No V5C***, no current MOT or tax
