City & Suburban

This company was an agent for the American Columbia, of which it sold a variety of models from a light 2-seater to heavy landaulettes and shooting brakes. Most of the bodies were made in Britain, which made the City and Surburban an Anglo-American product. One of its first customers was Queen Alexandra, who bought a 2-seater ‘vitorette’ for travel around the grounds of Sandringham in 1901. The cheapest model in 1903 was the Niagara runabout for doctors, which sold for £250.
