1959-1963, 237587 produced.
In 1957, DKW introduced the Junior but did not start its production until August 1959. The prototype had a three-cylinder 600 cc engine but the production car had a sputtering 750 cc two-stroke. The Junior Deluxe had an 800 cc engine and the successors to the Junior were the 800 cc powered F12 and somewhat simpler F11 with a 750 cc three-cylinder engine. There was also an open roadster version of the F12 but only 3,000 of these were sold.
