The Nash-Healey was a joint effort of Nash, Healey and Pininfarina.  Nash provided the mechanical parts, Pininfarina produced the bodies of the second series, and Healey assembled the cars.

The first 104 cars had an aluminium body built in Britain.  The remainder had a steel body by Pininfarina.
