The Osca 750 with a 749 cc engine with twin overhead camshafts was only approved for use on the open road in Italy. The four-cylinder engine with a compression ratio of 9:1 delivered 70 bhp at 7,500 rpm powered the 750, officially known as Tipo S-187.
